👶 Nursery Assistant – Ladybird Room (0–2 Years)
📅 Monday–Friday | Term Time Only

We are looking for a kind, caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant, to join our wonderful team in our Ladybird Room, caring for our youngest children aged 0–2 years 🐞💕

✨ The successful applicant MUST hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or another recognised equivalent childcare qualification.

⚠️ A qualification in another subject/area will not be accepted for this position. You must hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to be considered.

💗 We’re looking for someone who is:
• Caring, warm and nurturing
• Reliable and hardworking
• Passionate about working with babies and young children
• A great team player
• Fun, enthusiastic and full of energy!
• Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS
• Committed to providing the very best care and experiences for our little ones 🥰

Meet Sarah, our Bumblebee Room (3-4 years) Supervisor! This year is Sarah's 20th year of employment at The Wye Nursery, we are so grateful and proud to have her as a member of our team 🩷

Sarah has a love for all things phonics, and is the most amazing support to all children and their families, in their transitions to big school 😁

🎓✨Graduation 2026✨🎓

What an absolutely amazing morning we had on Saturday celebrating our wonderful 2026 graduates! ❤️

The children proudly performed the phonics songs they've been learning and practising throughout the year, and they were absolutely fantastic! 🎶

Each child also had a special speech dedicated to them, celebrating their unique personalities, achievements, and all the wonderful things that make them so amazing. We couldn't be prouder of every single one of them! 💕

It was such a special ceremony, filled with smiles, tears, and so many proud moments, as we celebrated everything our incredible children have achieved during their time with us.

We are so proud of each and every one of you and can't wait to see all the exciting adventures you will begin as you start your next chapter at big school. 🌟

A huge thank you to all of our families for joining us and making the day so memorable, and to our amazing team for all of their hard work in creating such a magical celebration. 💕

🏅Sports Week at The Wye Nursery 🏅

What an amazing Sports Week we had last week! 🌟

Our children had a fantastic time taking part in lots of exciting Sports Day activities! We also enjoyed talking all about different sports and why exercise is important 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Without a doubt, the egg and spoon race was everyone's favourite! There were lots of giggles, and cheering each other on 🥚🥄

Jordan has been a part of our team, for over 10 years. Over this time, Jordan has provided a wealth of knowledge and support for staff and children, and their families 😁

Millie is very hard-working and is extremely dedicated to her role! Millie's main aim is to create a warm and nurturing environment for all children to thrive in, and provide as much help and support to families as she can😄
