IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Voluntary Recall of Axkid Minikid Core
At Car Safety Centre, your child’s safety on the road is at the heart of everything we do. Because we hold ourselves and the brands we carry to the absolute highest standards, we want to share an important update regarding the Axkid Minikid Core.
Axkid has initiated a voluntary recall for affected Minikid Core seats. During higher-level independent testing, a performance deviation was found. While the seat fully passes all official regulatory approval tests, it did not meet Axkid’s strict internal safety standards—and when it comes to child safety, standard requirements are only the baseline.
Axkid is taking full responsibility and managing the recall process directly to make sure every customer is looked after quickly.
Key Details:
-Affected Seat: Minikid Core ONLY (SKUs: 22240039, 22240040). No other Axkid car seats are affected.
- The Resolution: Axkid is offering a free, direct swap to the Minikid 4 Pro for all affected customers.
