🐝☀️ We’re proud to share that we’ve successfully renewed our Sun Safe Accreditation! ☀️🐝
Keeping children safe in the sun is something we take seriously every day. From wearing broad-brimmed hats and applying SPF 50 sunscreen, to seeking shade and learning sun-safe habits, our children and all the ladies work together to protect themselves and each other while enjoying outdoor play…
Creating healthy habits from an early age helps set children up for a lifetime of sun safety, and we’re committed to making sure every child can learn, play and explore outdoors safely…
A huge thank you to for supporting us on our sun-safe journey and helping us maintain the highest standards of sun protection for our little ones…💛🌞🐝
Our Forest School sessions are now up and running, and what a fantastic start we’ve had! 🌳🍃☀️🐝
The children have been busy exploring the woodland environment while learning all about the important rules that help keep everyone safe. So far, they have been learning about forest safety, road safety, and fire safety, developing valuable skills and knowledge through hands-on experiences…
One of the highlights has been the opportunity for the children to cook their own lunch over the fire. This was a really exciting experience, and they thoroughly enjoyed taking part while learning new skills, building confidence, and working together…
We are looking forward to many more adventures, discoveries, and opportunities for learning in the great outdoors throughout the year! 🔥🌿😊
Our garden is looking absolutely blooming lovely again this year! 🌸🌿🌼
A huge thank you to the Old Railway Line Garden Centre for their incredible generosity once again in supporting our garden with their donation. Their kindness helps make projects like this possible year after year…

The babies have shown a growing interest in planting and nature, so this week we will be exploring planting and seeds…
Today, the children enjoyed exploring edible soil through sensory play before potting their own flowers. They had great fun filling their pots, digging, and planting, while developing their fine motor skills and curiosity about the natural world…
We look forward to watching their flowers grow over the coming weeks! 🌷🌼🪻🍃☀️💦
Over the last few weeks, the children at preschool have been fascinated watching the crops and grass growing in the fields nearby. We have enjoyed observing all the changes in nature and talking about how farmers care for the land…
Today was especially exciting as we watched the farmers busy cutting the grass and wrapping the bales ready for storage. The children were full of curiosity and loved seeing the large machinery hard at work!
We were also very lucky to spot Mr Tom the Red Kite soaring above the fields, keeping a close eye on all the activity and helping the farmers in his own special way. A wonderful real-life learning experience for the children and a lovely chance to explore the world around us together…❤️🚜🍃☀️
Mike brought in his beekeeper suit and smoker for the children to explore during our bee-themed learning. The children and Robyn had lots of fun trying on the protective suits and learning about the important role beekeepers have in caring for bees. They were very interested in the smoker and learnt how it is used safely to help calm the bees…
The children also enjoyed learning lots of interesting facts about bees, including how bees make honey and help flowers to grow. The activity encouraged curiosity, listening, and lots of discussion between the children as they shared what they already knew and asked questions. Ask your child about the bee facts they can remember! 🐝🍯🍃☀️🥰
