Nicola's School Of Dance is based in Hereford and was established in 2006. Since then it has grown radiply and provides quality dance tuition to over 300 children and adults in Herefordshire.

🌟DANCE FAMILY 🌟
Since the show last month one of the resounding comments we received was “everyone looked so happy and relaxed on stage.” This wasn’t accidental, it took prep, creativity and teamwork. Here’s how we did it 👇🏻👇🏻
✅Visualisation - we prepared the kids before arriving at the theatre and pretended to be called from the dressing room onto stage during lessons.
✅Buddies - staff and older pupils welcomed and took care of our little stars on arrival.
✅Warm up - senior dancers and backstage helpers cheered them on as they took to the stage to prepare before the audience arrived.
✅ Positive environment - Ballroom bear made a few appearances and handed out stickers, our positive postcards and of course high 5’s.
