It is becoming more and more a part of our everyday life. Whether it is from health, work or relationship issues, emotional stress is causing so many people anxiety and depression. I have run a course for Macmillan Cancer Support in Birmingham helping fellow cancer survivors and their carers deal with their life changing situation. I am now looking at helping employers whose staff work under stress to give them the emotional support they need. It really is a win win situation. Your work force becomes more effective and happier in the work place and the employer shows their commitment to their personal. An emotionally strong and confident team produces greater results and increased productivity and are known to stay longer. If you feel passionately about the well-fare of your staff please contact me and we can discuss organising a course for you. Remember there is only 1 thing worse than promoting your staffs emotional well-being and have them leave and that is not doing it and having them stay. Please take that first step to build theirs and your emotional fitness.

Never has it been in the history of man as easy as it is now to communicate with each other, but we seldom talk! I have not yet found a situation or an issue in our lives that has not been helped or solved by talking it through. We seem to think that it it is better to muddle on through than to share with a sympathetic pair of ears. Do others really think of us as we imagine they do or is it just down to misunderstanding and poor communication?

There are far too many Cancer patients who think they are alone, that they feel it a weakness to want to share their story. When my clients talk to me and we work towards the future and i say "I know what you are going through" i really do. Sometimes taking that first step to talk seems ever so daunting but the emotional and well being rewards that await you are huge. Please get in touch.
