A new space for Herefordshire’s future is almost ready! 🏗️
Construction is now complete at our Centre for Innovation and Future Skills (CIFS), at our Blackfriars Campus in the centre of Hereford.
Opening in early autumn, the Centre will focus on helping local people and businesses prepare for the future of work, whether that's through upskilling, reskilling or developing entrepreneurial and innovative skills.
The project was made possible through the Government’s Towns Fund and is a core part of the wider Hereford programme.
We’d like to thank everyone who has helped bring the project to life, including the talented local team behind the building: local film Arbor Architects who beautifully designed the new Centre, local timber construction company, Firth Construction, who brought it to life with other members of the team including project management firm Greenwood Projects, mechanical and electrical designers VIDA Design and structural designers Giraffe Engineering.
We can’t wait to open the doors and start putting the new space to work for Herefordshire.
