Great Mud Sweat and Tyres last night. Enforced resting of my little toe today is a chance to plan next week's.

Control Exercises
The control pair, wriggle, run and do battle with ropes.
Everyone else do their station exercises for as long as it takes the control pair to finish.
Once back, everyone moves up a station, new control pair start circuit.
