It is a time where we are generally less active. For some people it may reflect more self-doubt as things are more internalised. In warmer weather things are reaching out more and there is a tendency to relate and socialise more which helps the energy flow and a stronger sense of confidence in our actions.

Acupuncture helps our bodies and minds to maintain a good flow of energy and wellbeing and helps keep our spirits up in colder weather.
