Emma Gray Maths Tutor I am an online Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths teacher, specialising in GCSE & IGCSE tuition. I offer individual lessons to students aged 11 to 16.

Please note that I do not teach further maths GCSE qualifications. My lessons help to boost your child's self confidence and increase their enjoyment of mathematics. I have several approaches to my lessons; we can focus on your child's weak areas, review the work being covered in school each week or prepare for class tests/exams as they arise during the school year. I am completely guided by the needs of each individual student. I believe in providing students with a range of methods as each student understands the concepts being taught in different ways. Please note I do not teach further GCSE Mathematics qualifications. Lesson prices from the start of 2026 are as follows:
50 minute lesson £29
45 minute lesson £26
40 minute lesson £23
35 minute lesson £20
30 minute lesson £17

It's always extra special when a student lets you know how much of a difference our lessons together have made. The hardest part of teaching is saying goodbye to the students you've built up such a good relationship with and the support of their parents in making it all possible. Wishing all my Year 11 students the very best for the next stage in their life journey, you've been a wonderful group of students.

This is a fantastic resource that students can use to help identify their weak areas; perfect timing for the Easter holidays. The GCSE syllabus is exactly the same for Edexcel, AQA, OCR and Eduqas.
