🎉 Distinction Success for Sam Griffiths!

A huge congratulations to Sam Griffiths of Rudd Fabrication Services on achieving a Distinction in his Level 3 Metal Fabricator Apprenticeship.
Sam has worked incredibly hard throughout his apprenticeship and has become a key member of the team at Rudd Fabrications, carrying out a range of fabrication work and continuing to develop his skills within the industry.

"Sam has been dedicated to his role from day one and consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, commitment to learning and a positive attitude throughout his apprenticeship. 🌟 Double Success for Abacus Associates!
We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of two outstanding apprentices from Abacus Associates, who have both achieved a Distinction in their Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship and secured full time positions within the company.
👏 Ben Iverson achieved a Distinction earlier this year. Since joining the company, Ben's skills, professionalism and potential were quickly recognised across several departments. He has since secured a permanent position within the Reviews Team.

👏 Alfie Preece has also achieved a Distinction, successfully completing his apprenticeship recently. Throughout his programme, Alfie consistently demonstrated commitment, motivation and a strong willingness to learn. His hard work has been rewarded with a permanent role within the business.

Due to continued growth, HWGTA is expanding its Engineering team and is looking for individuals who are passionate about developing the next generation of engineers.

🔹 Engineering Instructor: delivering practical training in CAD, Hand Fitting and related engineering subjects.
🔹 Welding & Fabrication Learning & Development Specialist / FE Tutor: supporting apprentices through teaching, coaching and assessment. Available as either a full-time role or two part-time positions.

🌟 Double Distinction Success for Poppy Tobin!

Congratulations to Poppy, who has successfully completed her Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship with a Distinction, having previously achieved a Distinction in her Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.

Poppy joined HWGTA straight from The Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School (BHBS). Keen to gain practical experience alongside recognised qualifications, Poppy embraced the apprenticeship route from the outset and has continued to develop her skills and knowledge throughout her journey.

Having successfully completed both apprenticeships, Poppy is now working as a Client Development Administrator at allpay limited, where she continues to build a successful career within the business.

Tracey Rogers, HWGTA Senior Learning & Development Specialist, said: "Poppy has shown a real desire to learn and develop throughout her apprenticeship journey. It was clear from the beginning that she wanted a hands on approach to learning and she has embraced every opportunity. Celebrating Double Distinction Success 👏
We’d like to recognise Peter Allen on an outstanding apprenticeship journey, achieving Distinction in both his Level 2 Engineering Operative apprenticeship and his Level 3 Metal Fabrication apprenticeship.

Peter has shown real commitment and determination throughout his time with HWGTA. Progressing from Level 2 to Level 3, he has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, developing his technical skills and confidence to a high standard.

His hard work has not gone unnoticed, Peter has recently secured a promotion at Sierra CP Engineering and has now progressed onto a Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship, continuing to build on his success.
