This week we had the pleasure of visiting Aspens Services Ltd to deliver a Corporate Social Responsibility workshop with their L7 Senior Leader Apprentices and what a session it was!

The discussions were rich, thoughtful and full of energy. From celebrating the great practice already happening within the business to generating fresh ideas for improvement, it was a real reminder of the value apprentices bring to their organisations - new perspectives, genuine curiosity, and a drive to make things better.
