Next week we will be going back to doing themed activities each day, our subjects will be a little broader and we will keep these subjects running throughout most of the year but change the day!

We will be closed on Wednesday’s for the rest of the half term.

Mighty Oaks is a Playwork setting where we aim to create play spaces that encourage Bob Hughes 16 types of play.

Play is essential to children’s development and these play types have such amazing benefits to children to help them grow and learn as well as letting their imaginations run wild!

Playwork is child led and allows the children to determine and control the content of their play.

We are so excited to have Sarah and Jessie joining us to do forest school sessions on Thursdays after half term!

A reminder there is no after school club on Monday, Wednesday or Friday next week as it’s the sports day bbq on Monday, I will be away Wednesday and inset day on Friday!
