Free workshop ~ Root & remember retreat
Saturday 21st March, 2pm-5.30pm
Cusop Village Hall
What will we be doing?
The afternoon will include authentic relating, a rose tea ceremony, somatic meditation, journalling, optional sharing and joyful movement. Helping you reconnect with your spark, supported in community and celebrating your YOU-ness.
Who is this for?
This afternoon is for the being who wants some gentle nourishment, a space to slow down, reconnect and experience a sense of calm, spaciousness and connection.
A couple of years ago I would have seen spaces such as this as a 'nice-to-have', but by no means necessary. However I have come to realise that it is by being in spaces such as these and taking the time to rest, to soften, that means I can then show up in the rest of my life with more capacity.
If you have been craving a moment for yourself, to fill your cup, I would love to have you join us.
You don’t need any experience with circles, meditation or dance - just a willingness to arrive as you are, and an openness to what we’ll journey with together.
The best part - it's free 👀
As part of a training I’ve been doing I am putting this event on for free. That doesn’t mean it’s got any less value and I still want you to show up as if you had invested in it.
If you’re ready to commit to giving this time to yourself, I would love to have you there!

I'm super excited to bring this to you all 🥳
I have been training as an In body space holder and it's been the most amazing experience. I've learnt so much and this retreat afternoon is the culmination of everything I've been learning (both in this course and previously) and I am absolutely buzzing. It's going to be a gorgeous afternoon of reconnecting with our bodies, rooting in community and remembering our joy ✨
I would love to have you join me - you can book on here: https://rootandremember.carrd.co/
