One of the loveliest things about our Ashperton community is seeing that friendships and connections continue long after children have left our school. 💛

It’s wonderful to spot Ashperton families, former pupils and staff out enjoying our local festivals and events together - proof that once you’re part of the Ashperton family, you’re always part of it! 🥰🎵✨

🛠️ A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Parent Volunteer Help Days, held today and on Saturday! 💚 💙

What a fantastic success they were! We are so grateful to all the families who gave up their time to help us tidy, organise, clear and even move sheds! Your hard work has made such a difference and the school is looking clean, tidy, and ready to welcome everyone back in September.

We feel incredibly lucky to have such supportive, generous families as part of the Ashperton community. Thank you for helping make our school such a special place! 🌟

Today it was the teachers’ turn to switch off, unwind and have some fun! 🌊☀️

To celebrate the end of another fantastic school year, our staff enjoyed a paddleboarding trip down the beautiful River Wye, followed by a well-earned lunch together.

A huge thank you to every member of our incredible team for your dedication, care and hard work throughout the year. You make Ashperton such a special place to learn and grow.

🌱 We’re delighted to share that we have been awarded the RHS School Gardening Award - Level 1! 🌿🏆

This is a fantastic achievement and celebrates the brilliant start we’ve made on our gardening journey, helping our children discover the benefits of growing, caring for plants and connecting with the natural world.

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped make this possible. This is just the beginning - we can’t wait to grow even more, develop our outdoor spaces and get even more of our children involved in gardening and learning outside.

What a fantastic way to end an incredible school year!

The day started with Mrs Baker getting everyone moving by leading the Cha Cha Slide 💃🕺 before the children enjoyed a picnic lunch outside with their teachers to celebrate the end of term and to wish our Year 6 and staff leavers all the very best.

Our Year 6s also had the chance to collect everyone’s signatures on their leavers’ T-shirts - a special tradition they’ll treasure for years to come. There was plenty more dancing, ice lollies for everyone, and lots of smiles to round off the day🍦🎶

We are so proud of every single one of our pupils and everything they have achieved this year. Thank you to all our parents and carers for your continued support throughout the year - we couldn’t do it without you.

A huge thank you also goes to our incredible staff team. Your dedication, care and enthusiasm make Ashperton such a special place. To those members of staff who are leaving us, we wish you every success and happiness in your next chapter. You’ll always be part of the Ashperton family 💙

What an incredible day celebrating our Year 6 leavers! 💙✨

An extremely emotional leavers’ assembly was followed by a lovely barbecue with all of our Year 6 families.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter and special memories made as we celebrated everything this fantastic group has achieved.

We also said a very heartfelt goodbye to Miss Wise, who has given an incredible five years to Ashperton. Her dedication, kindness and enthusiasm have made a lasting impact on so many children, families and colleagues and she will be hugely missed.

To all of our Year 6 pupils, congratulations on everything you have achieved. We are so proud of each and every one of you and wish you the very best of luck as you begin your next chapter 🌟
