Are you a School TA? Maybe you home school a child. Do you struggle with everyday maths? If you are an adult and need help to understand how maths is taught in schools, or want a level of understanding of maths to help you in day-to-day life, then I am here to help you. This note is from a Year 6 Teaching Assistant in a primary school. She was anxious and struggled to get her head around some of the maths that was being taught. She attended my tutoring sessions and now, not only has a solid understanding of how maths, she is confident enough and able enough, to lead her own intervention groups.
