Amazing turn out for our new women's class. Everyone worked hard and made progress.
I (Mimi) was blown away by everyone's enthusiasm and determination to get the techniques locked in 👌🏼
Highlights, for me, have to be our little pow-wow and gossip before and after, and the smiles on faces when the techniques "clicked" 💪🏼
I'm buzzing for next week!

A week to go until our new women's classes start!!
Here's a little of what to expect in each class. Keeping it simple, getting you involved and welcomed in to the team.
Remember the women's only membership includes all Open Mat sessions too! And if you've not got a friend or partner bringing you down, we'll sort a "buddy up" for you 🫶🏼

Monday (06/08) our teens class will changing from 17:00-18:00 to 18:00-19:00. This class is for ages 14-16 learning the rule set and techniques allowed for the age group plus some little extras to prepare for the adult rule sets.
Please like and share. For new comers the first class is free like usual if you know anyone that would like to come give it a go
