One of the sessions I offer is a daytime support sessions for new parents in Herefordshire and the surrounding areas. Here is a quick guide to how I may be able to support you during one of these sessions.

Support sessions start from £25/hour and can be a one off session for an hour or two, a longer session during the day (maybe for the first day your get home with your baby, or the first time you're alone with baby after dad goes back to work), or as a regular support session for a week or two after your baby is born. These sessions can be adapted to your needs and the areas in which you need the most support.

I understand that reading about SIDS can be really scary and many new parents are very anxious about it. Remember, SIDS is rare, but there are also lots of things that you can do to significantly reduce the risk.

Not only do these products go against safe sleep advice and could put your baby at risk, I am really passionate about going back to basics with newborn babies! There are so many products out there, and so many new parents spend thousands on the things that social media and advertising companies convince you that you need.

I may do a reel or post sometime on the things I would and would not recommend for newborn babies.

Have you heard of antenatal colostrum harvesting?

I recommend every women who has had the go ahead from their midwife, to start expressing colostrum from 37 weeks pregnant.
