From school sports day to a sold‑out stadium in just 2 years.

Huge shoutout to Sophia, a Henley athlete I first spotted at my son’s school sports day. I invited her to join my squad — and today she’s qualified for one of the biggest athletics events the UK has ever seen: Athlos.

In an incredibly competitive field, Sophia qualified for the U12 100m exhibition race, live on BBC, in front of a packed stadium… rubbing shoulders with global stars like Gabby Thomas, Sha’Carri Richardson, Amber Anning, and Keely Hodgkinson.

Massive thanks to LW Coaching for the specialist start and technical work over the past few weeks — perfect prep for the big stage.

Cross country training!
With the track season coming to an end, that means it's XC season coming up. I'm providing tailored sessions for young athletes to help build endurance, improve your hill runs and take on the mud!
Location: Henley on Thames
Time and day: 3pm-4pm Sundays
Ages: from 5 upwards. Training will be tailored for each age group
Message me to book a spot or for more info.
£4 per session or £30 for 10.

We have the next Athletics Camp at Little Marlow on Monday 24th August, 9am-12pm.
If your child has been inspired by Amy and Dina, amazed by Matthew or Scott, or just loves to run get in touch.

Brilliant jumping from this young man today. Lying 5th overall in the English Schools Champs, he pulls out a new PB of 6.44m to win Bronze in the U15 Long Jump. True grit in a high pressure environment.
