Perfection in the eye of the beholder: make truffles of YOUR dreams with us. YOU decide the flavours, the finishing etc. Hence, it doesn't matter if they're not too someone else's taste (in fact that's an advantage as there is less risk of other people pinching your goodies when you get home!)

Ever tried piping chocolate? It's not as easy as it looks. A top tip is to make sure the wide end is twisted firmly closed. You don't want to squeeze the bag hard only to find the chocolate escapes from the wrong part of the bag!

Move over rage rooms and the like, have you tried stirring chocolate as a way of getting your aggression out? Much more useful results than smashing up things- you can use the tempered chocolate to make the most delicious truffles, bars or shapes afterwards.
