📚✨ Our Whole School Book Focus: The Invisible Boy ✨📚

This week, we’ve been exploring the beautiful message behind The Invisible Boy which teaches us the importance of kindness, inclusion, friendship and making sure everyone feels seen, valued and heard. 💙

Our children have been thinking about how small acts of kindness can make a big difference and how no one should ever feel invisible.

🌟 At St Mary’s, no one is invisible! Everyone matters, everyone belongs and everyone is seen. 🌟

A very special first day at St Mary’s! ⭐️

Today marked two important milestones for our children. Year 6 began the first day of their final year at St Mary’s while our Reception children took the very first steps of their St Mary’s journey.

We can’t wait to see all this year brings ⭐️

Wraparound will be available from the first day back this week.

Thursday 3rd September – until 5.45pm
Friday 4th September – until 5.15pm (this week only)

A letter will be sent out tomorrow with more information about our wraparound provision and details of how to book.

We hope everyone has enjoyed the last few days of the summer holidays and we look forward to seeing you on Thursday! 💙

🌟 Welcome back to St Mary’s Catholic Primary School 🌟

We hope you have all had a wonderful summer and are feeling rested and ready for another exciting year at St Mary’s!
We are so looking forward to seeing all of our children again and giving a very special welcome to all of our new Reception children and families.

Key details:
Thursday 3rd September
Children return at 8.35am
The school bell will ring at 8.45am

On the first day, all children should meet on the playground, where they will line up with their new class and go into school with their teacher.

Parents and carers are very welcome to come onto the playground on this first morning.

We can’t wait to see you all and begin another fantastic year of learning, friendship and fun!
