apart! Motivated by this experience, I retrained at Warwick University and began working in the educational sector to support pupils and staff through coaching and this is rewarding work I continue to this day...My pupils are my favourite clients (but don't tell the adults!)
I now specialise in supporting senior leaders through setback and work mostly in the financial and legal sectors supporting those at the forefront of organisations through their own challenges. Focusing on the needs of the business but also of the client, equipping them with tools and techniques to build confidence, resilience and motivation when otherwise it would be at an all time low.
