Have lovingly restored this family heirloom. The bag was very old and tired. The thread had become distressed and damaged. the fittings that need to be replaced. A new backstrap need to be made to replace the old damaged one. All the thread needed picking out. I spent an hour cleaning it and refinishing it. And a very long time re-stitching it.
