🎒 Reception Meet-Ups Start This Week! ✨

Starting school is a big milestone for both little ones and parents! Our Reception Meet-Ups are the perfect opportunity for children to make new friends, build confidence, and become familiar with faces before their first day at school. 💛

In a relaxed, fun environment, they'll have the chance to play together, chat, and start forming friendships that could make those first-day nerves a little easier.

Wednesday 8th July
Following the guidance by Hertfordshire county council, regarding children under 4 years old being extremely vulnerable, I strongly advise you to pick your children up as soon as possible today. Our room is hitting 30 degrees before 9am and whilst we are doing everything we possible can to keep the children cool, this isn't always possible.

Thursday 9th July and Friday 10th July
Unfortunately, I will be having to close at 1pm. This isn't a decision I have taken lightly due to how much disruption it causes working parents but I have taken everything into consideration and I have made the decision to close following other local mainstream schools. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience. I am now looking into options so that I can remain open during heatwaves because this seems to be much more frequent.
Over the next 3 days, hot lunches will be changed to cold lunches but will still be provided by us.

Our prom will still go ahead as it will take place in the hall which is cooler.
