Having struggled with the sleep of my eldest child, I know all too well the stress and strain it places on a family when you are sleep deprived. Research has shown the huge impact sleep deprivation can have on a parent and a child, and the impact on work, school, general behaviour and relationships.
Sleep and behaviour I feel go hand in hand, I am therefore able to offer you a tailor made package to meet your needs. Every child is different and I do not believe you can give a one size fits all plan that will work for every child. Therefore I believe in creating programmes that work for both the parents/carers and the child/children.
Together we will create something that will work for you and your family, supporting you every step of the way.
