I have had my friend stay with me, for 4 days with his young children, from his new partner, and their new extendeded family (their children ) Children, should be allowed to be children for as long as possible, without having adult affairs pushed upon them. Think of the children. A child's formative years are from birth till they are 10. Don't f**k it up for them, please. Be a grown up. Amen

Albeit that this case is extreme, it is a shame our judicial system does not support fathers with the same empathy, giving them support when they are parentally alienated where children are used as weapons against the father resulting in emotionally and psychologically scarring the children, and indeed the father. The mind boggles at how some people tick.
A parenting plan proposed by our client drawn up by us and presented to the maternal mother 5 months ago for a child arrangements order, was rejected and argued at every point by M, making false allegations by M (mother).
£9000 later for M, we got the exact order passed in court today. Fortunately for our client it cost him a fraction of that amount, and he saw his child all the way through the court process.
The shameful thing is the waste of the courts time that could be spent helping other people more in need, but more importantly, adhering to being a responsible parent and putting ones own feelings to one side for the childs sake would have saved the traumatic stress and pressure put on everyone involved, especially the child.
