😂🐴 Milo’s latest fashion statement…

Apparently sticky burrs are VERY in this season 🌿🤣

He’s somehow managed to collect half the field in his forelock and is wearing them like he meant to do it.

Honestly, one minute they look beautifully groomed… The next they’ve turned themselves into a walking hedge 🤦‍♀️😂

☀️🐴💛 Wellbeing in the Sunshine

A lovely Equine Wellbeing session in the sunshine ☀️🌿

Sometimes stepping away from four walls, slowing everything down and spending time around horses can create the space a young person needs to simply breathe, reflect and be 💭🫶

Our Equine Wellbeing Coaching sessions are gentle, child-led and pressure-free.

There’s no expectation to talk. No need to perform. No horse experience needed.

Sessions may include grooming, leading, observing the horses, mindfulness, sensory activities, quiet time in nature and optional Equimotional® wellbeing workbooks covering areas such as emotions, confidence, grief, boundaries, friendships and mindfulness 💛

These are not riding lessons, therapy or counselling. They are non-clinical, trauma-informed wellbeing sessions designed to provide a calm and supportive environment where children and young people can explore emotions, build confidence and develop emotional regulation at their own pace.
