Thank you to all the parents and children for a wonderful end of year party and for all the cards and gift, we have had an amazing year with the children it had been a pleasure to of been a part of their journey. We wish them all the best on there new adventures.

This week at preschool, we've been exploring feelings by talking about emotions and creating our own emotion faces. 😊

The children enjoyed making their own chalk paint using chalk and water before painting colourful pictures on the garden walls. They also had lots of fun picking flowers and sticking them onto sellotape to make beautiful bracelets. 🌸

In our playdough area, the children used their imaginations to create wonderful coral reefs using playdough, shells, and sparkling gems. It has been a fantastic week full of creativity, learning, and outdoor fun! 🌈✨

The children have had lots of fun at preschool! We were lucky to have a police man come and talk to us about keeping safe, he also let all the children try on his hat! Along side this we have been doing lots of activities around people who help. Learning about emergency services and how they can help us. The children have spent lots of time in the garden too digging, climbing, playing with sand and water.
We also made trophies for Father’s Day for all the incredible male role models in the children’s lives. Have a love Father’s Day

Hope you all had a lovely half term, the children have had a fun week back at preschool. We have been role playing, cooking and serving food. Dressing up. Using shaving foam to make marks with our fingers and paint brushes practicing our fine motor skills. The children have been doing lots of obstacle courses, jumping, balancing and rolling to challenge how they can move their bodies.

We have had a lovely week at preschool, using bugs in paint to create artwork. talking about oral health, what foods are bad for our teeth and why we need to brush our teeth.
We have also been working on our fine motor skills with playdough using different tools and role playing cafe.
The children have spent lots of time in the garden digging for treasure, playing what’s the time mr wolf and practice their hoola hooping skills.
We hope you have a lovely half term and shall see you when we return on 1st June

The children have had lots of fun at preschool we have been focusing on nature. Talking about bees, how important the flowers are for them to make honey and how we should leave the flowers for the bees. We tried honey on toast and enjoyed this a lot. The children have also been gathering natural items from the garden to create artwork and have been chalking pictures of themselves and the adults at preschool.

The children have had a fun week at preschool, learning about shapes, learning the names as well as lots of shape matching activities.
We been very busy in the garden being construction workers building towers, fixing the bikes and scooter and the preschool shed.
The children have been practicing their number skills, putting the buttons on the lady bugs and matching the numbers.
Every morning the children do yoga to promote moving our bodies in new ways.
This week was St George’s say the children coloured and decorated shields in honour of this.
