For the first time in 40 years… I’m putting my out of office on!

The next two weeks are all about slowing down, switching off and enjoying some quality time with my family.

No events, no rushing, just a little space to recharge before September begins (and trust me, there are lots of exciting things coming if you haven't already heard!).

Thank you for your patience if replies are a little slower — I’ll be back soon, feeling refreshed and ready for more creativity and sound events.

Did you know...

that before Mindful Artbox and long before becoming a teacher, my first degree was in Printed Textiles?

No? Well, as my mum was doing a clear out she randomly found these- some of my old knitting and textiles samples!

My degree wasn't just about screen printing. It taught me to experiment, work with different materials and techniques, and most importantly...to be neat, slow down, enjoy the process and be a little obsessed with the details 🫣.

And honestly, not much has changed 🤣

This is why I am excited to bringing loom knitting into my range of workshops.

It's creative, tactile and wonderfully mindful- where you focus on the rhythm of your hands and simply enjoy making something unique.
