Today, we're celebrating a truly historic achievement at Laureate Academy! 🌟

We are incredibly proud to share that our students have achieved the highest average GCSE grades in the school's history, marking another significant milestone in our journey of improvement and success. 🚀

From outstanding performances in English, Geography and Science to remarkable progress across Art and Sport Studies, these results reflect the hard work, determination and resilience of our students, alongside the unwavering dedication of our staff and families. 👏💙

A special congratulations to all of our students who collected their results today, including those achieving exceptional Grade 9 performances and those whose hard work has earned them the grades they need for their next step. Whether heading to sixth form, college, apprenticeships or training, we couldn't be prouder of what you have achieved. ⭐

🎉 A Level Results Day 2026! 🎉

A huge congratulations to all our Year 13 students today! 🌟 Your hard work, dedication, resilience and determination have truly paid off, and you should be incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. 👏📚

We're delighted to share that our A Level results have improved year on year for the last three years, with more students achieving A*-B grades than in 2025. Even more impressively, our overall average grade has risen from a C in 2025 to a B in 2026! 📈✨

🏆⚽ Enrichment Week – Day 2 | Sports Day ⚽🏆
What an incredible day of competition, teamwork and house spirit! 🌟 Yesterday, our students gave their all, competing in a range of events to earn valuable points for their houses. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨
From start to finish, the determination, encouragement and enthusiasm on display were fantastic to see. 🙌💚
A huge congratulations to Spartacus House, who emerged as the overall winners! 🏆🎉 Well done to everyone who took part and made the day such a success.

🌟 Last Friday, our Year 10 students had a fantastic time at the University of Hertfordshire Choices Morning! 🎓✨
The event provided a valuable opportunity for students to start exploring their future pathways and discover the many options available after GCSEs, including sixth form, college, apprenticeships, and future career routes. Through engaging workshops, interactive activities, and expert guidance, students gained insight into making informed decisions about their next steps. 💡📚
It was an inspiring morning focused on raising aspirations, building confidence, and helping students begin planning for a successful future. We're excited to see where their journeys take them! 🚀🌈

🎯🌟 Enrichment Week – Day 1 | Year 9 🌟🎯
Our Year 9 students enjoyed a fantastic first day of Enrichment Week yesterday, taking part in a variety of challenges and games that encouraged teamwork, problem-solving and plenty of fun! 🙌🎲
To round off the day, students were treated to a special visit from musician Sammy Angelo 🎤🎶, who not only performed but also shared an inspiring message about the importance of perseverance and believing in yourself. 💪✨

What a fantastic start to Enrichment Week! Yesterday, our Year 10 and Year 12 students took on an impressive 9km sponsored walk 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️👏
The challenge was a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, build resilience, and come together in support of a great cause. Well done to everyone who took part and completed the walk with such enthusiasm and determination! 💚✨
