We train everyday people with life skills from a lifetime of experience, to work as Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapists. This is an integrative talking therapy that has helped people from all over the world.

Whether you have years of experience working with clients in various areas of wellbeing or maybe your career is completely unrelated currently and you’re looking to move into something new and exciting, Cognitive Hypnotherapy can offer a wealth of useful tools, processes and techniques.

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, our training does not rely on set scripts or authoritative language. It is far more conversational and intuitive. We teach you how to use WordWeaving, the language of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, to gently guide clients to their solution state. We also give you tool bag full of techniques and processes that you can tailor to the people who come to you for help.

Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy is taught by the Quest Institute in a programme developed over the last 25 years.

We have trained hundreds of Cognitive Hypnotherapists who have gone on to work with clients all over the world. They help people with issues such as:

The course is 11 months long with 6 modules taught online, so you can study in your own time, even if you have a full time career or family. We also run live streamed practice weekends and webinars so you have hands on experience of the techniques we teach.

We guide you from complete novice to competent therapist. We teach you the process from first contact through therapeutic work to bringing therapy to a close.

And we teach you a process that allows you to treat each client as a unique individual, not just a label.
