Wise words from our friend William Trubridge on the nature of doping, supplements and the ethics of sport. So many competitive freedivers seem to think that unless something is expressly prohibited it's completely fine to use as a PED.

This is taken from the UK anti doping page:

Not all substances are specifically named on the List. The List states that any other substances with a similar chemical structure or similar biological effect(s) are also prohibited even if not specifically named.
