Dinosaur day yesterday 🦖🦕
We made Dino dens in the cardboard boxes, brick bridges for them to walk along, towers for them to climb and jump off.
We made many different Dino prints in the playdough, using their feet, head, tails and spikes 🦖

This was our playground today 🌞⛱️🌊

Playing with dinosaurs in the sand, digging, chalk drawing on the rocks, paddling in the stream and sea. Playing together with our friends.
We talked about the solar eclipse that is happening this evening. We made chalk pictures and one child told me "the moon is going to go past the sun and make it dark then light".

"We're going on an animal hunt, we're going to find a big one!" 🐅🐘🦏🦒

Today we went to our local garden centre to take part in their animal trail. The children enjoyed finding them amongst the plants and 'writing' their names on the list.
They then got to choose a plant to bring back 🪴

On our walk on Friday, we picked and ate blackberries, ran across fields, made 'soup' in a hole in the path, filling it with stones and grass and found mole holes.
We jumped on dried mud and found fluffy seeds to blow.
