Summer Restock has landed!!
Better late than never right?
One of my ingredients was impossible to get hold of for a few weeks and life/work/business juggle has all contributed to the delay but we’re here! It’s live!
I’ve done one bumper batch and what’s on the site is all there will be until sometime in September… if you need a Moosh fix, a gift, or something to boost those summer BBQs, you know where to go!

It’s been an interesting few weeks trying to get my hands on the specific type of gelatine I use…probably the most important ingredient alongside sugar… but it’s arrived and I’m back in the kitchen.

Did you know that Moosh Mallows are completely plastic-free?
When I was figuring out how to package Moosh Mallows, it was important to me to find a solution that was not adding to the problem. I try to keep single-use plastic to a minimum generally so why would I go against that with a product I’m putting out into the world. That seemed a bit hypocritical to me.
I was so glad to discover this eco-cellulose option that you can put in your home-compost bin! Yes, it’s a bit more expensive but I think it’s worth it.

Happy Saturday! 🍸
Come make a cocktail with me… and I use the term cocktail very loosely! I like to use up the scrapings of a jam or curd jar and chuck in some ice, lemon juice and gin, shake then top with tonic!
Easy!!
Yes this is the Cherry Curd I use for the Black Forest Moosh - it’s the best from
Top tip: when creating “content” pay attention to if you’re actually filming or not!! I wasn’t for the pouring bit…which is arguably the best bit of a cocktail video apart from the tasting!
