Our half day fresh fish class with the following content: selecting the freshest fish, preparation, and some tasty recipes to create alongside a chilled glass of white wine or two. We had a great time with this family preparing and cooking Dover Sole, Mackerel and Sea Bass from scratch 🐟🐠🎣
