All bookings need a 50% deposit. If it's a offer then its full payment at booking.
Package prices:
*Bump to Baby package- First session usually antenatal. £20 for one or £30 for two people.
Second session is when baby is here. £15 session for one. £25 for two people.
Two Sessions - Session 1 will be approximately one hour. Meet and greet while you are pregnant. Talk over options. Have a look at a few ideas for a newborn and have a try with the weighted demo doll. Payment covers this session.
Session 2 will be approximately 60-90 minutes. This would take place post-birth to try out the slings and get a feel with your baby.
Session one to be paid for in full. Session two given as a discount and must be used within the first 4months of baby being born.
*Newborn package (under 4months)- £20 first session for one person, £30 for two people. 60-90 minutes.
-£15 second session for one person, £20 for two people who must have attended the first session. 60-90 minutes.
Two sessions-
Session 1 approximately 60-90 minutes. Look at a few ideas and try one or two, time dependant. Payment covers this session.
Session 2 is to look at the next stage carriers and try out chosen choice. 60-90minutes.
Session one to be paid for in full. Session two given as a discount and must be used within 12months.
*Short Consultation package- £15 for one person, £25 for two people. 60-90 minutes
This is ideal for just looking at one specify sling or getting some additional support with a new carry. I.e. one carry with a woven, wanting to try a back carry with buckles
*Longer Consultation package -£25 for one person, £40 for two people. 1hr 30minutes- 2hrs
This is ideal for new baby wearers who want to have an introduction to slings.
These sessions could also benefit anyone wanting to try a new sling out and look at different ways to use it. These sessions can also be used for a more specific range of carriers, for example with a woven there are a number of different carries that we could look at in order to find the one that best suits your needs. This will only cover 2 different styles and 3-4 of one same style carrier.
Additional information:
A questionnaire will be sent before the session so I can tailor this specifically to the wearer. You can look at different ideas and try a few out with a demo doll and then your child. This can be combined with a friend or your partner at an additional cost to reflect the extra time it will take. These can be held at your home or at mine. Travel costs may apply if out of the area.
Additional costs explained:
*Evenings and weekends depend on the package and what childcare I need to get.
*Millage will be charged at 45p a mile after the first 5 miles.
*Hires of the carrier that is being used in the consultation £10 for two weeks if it is available. The free from the hires goes back to the sling meet.
*More than one person. It will be a reduced rate to the one-to-one cost but takes extra time and maybe a different carrier. If there is a 2nd session the second person must have attended the foray session.
*Multiple babies- There is no extra cost but time will need additional time to be looked at.
Vouchers explained:
These can be purchased for other people. Perfect as a gift for a new mum or someone wanting to move onto the next stage i.e. newborn to toddler. Not able to be redeemed for cash or can be refunded. Only last one year from date of purchase. These will be at full price.
Workshops explained:
These will be set times for the help for specific aged children or specific wants/ needs. Time will depend on the amount of people but numbers will be limited to a first come first served. Examples could be:
Newborns (under 3months) wanting to look at stretchy wraps, caboo, ring slings. Approx 60- 90minutes. Minimum 2, maximum 4 .
Wrapping- Get an idea of what wraps are (one front and one hip carry time dependant but could just be one carry). Aprox 60- 90 minutes. Minimum 2, maximum 6.
Back carries- mainly soft structured carriers unless time allows then wraps may also be covered. 60-90minutes. minimum 2, maximum 4.
Back wrapping- to cover safety, different ways to get little ones safely on your backs, then looking at one maybe 2 back carries. minimum 2, maximum 4.
Deposits explained:
50% deposit to secure the date you want, this is non refundable. Payment needed before the session is to take place. Unless you are booking with the offer then it is full payment upon booking and non refundable. I reserve the right to not refund any full payment if cancellation is made 24hrs before the consultation and 50% is kept if cancellation is made under 72hrs before the consultation.
