Horse had shoes of to recover, his first set back on from been barefoot for 6 months. We have gone with some handmade aluminium sideclipped shoes with a flat frog support pad package to help stabilise the hoof capsule and aid with concussion now hes back into ridden work.

Don't panic when you start to see the exfoliating frog and sole start to come away on your horses hooves your farrier will remove it on his next visit unless it sheds naturally by itself. A natural process for your horse hooves as we have come from hard dry ground to more wetter weather.
