You know what we really love?

When performers take charge of their own performance and bring their own interpretation into the room 👏

A special mention to our Friday drama groups ... they are pure grafters and always strive to be at their best. Learning lines, taking direction and retaining it for next week 👏

Saturdays were on 🔥 today, working as a company, making edits and sharing a busy working space.

Our dancers and singers continue to polish up their numbers, the joy on their faces is a delight!

Well done all
❤️

Readthrough and first stage blocking!
This is where the fun starts 🥳

Act 1 - Pantomania
Act 2 - Christmas Through The Ages
Act 3 - The Guardian Ghost Of Ellen

Everyone has received a script now, please keep them safe! We cannot say it enough...the quicker the lines get learnt the more fun the process is in the rehearsal room 👏
Performers are invited to bring in anything they like to help them with character...props and costume 🌟

We have also been super busy learning choreography and songs to add some extra magic! 🪄

Smiles all round 😄
100% pass rate for our fab Fridays who took their acting exams over the summer! Wonderful work gang. A special shout out to all of you for always bringing your energy, enthusiasm, trust and stamina.

We've made a headstart on our Christmas showcases across all our groups....lots of devising, choreographing, mapping out our plans. Over 80 parts to create 😅
One thing that stood out for us today was watching everyone play from ages 5-16 and the joy that was radiating out - please keep hold of this - always play! Absolutely joyful to witness ❤️

Week 2

We had so much fun today and the ideas 💡 and devising skills in the room were bouncing!

We've held onto working on suspense this week with some of our groups and honestly so impressed with how they took direction and also got the audience involved in helping to guide what could improve the scenes.

Can you believe we are already working towards our Christmas showcases?! 🫣🎄🎭

Just a selection of ideas we have cooking
🌟 When famous story characters collide
🌟Through the decades
🌟Ghost stories

This is how all our showcase are born, we plant a seed - give it a little sprinkle and see if it takes off!

Watch this space...🌱

Our highlight of the week comes from Emily and Flo who are both in our Friday drama group based at

This was the script...but what happens when we give context.

In the scene the given circumstances were Flo (sat down) knew her friend (Emily) was trying to poison her with the coffee. What she did with it next left us all gasping....there was suspense and a huge reaction from us all in the room.

Well done 👏
