Staff Spotlight!
We’d like to take a moment to do a staff shout out for Lacie Maye for doing great in her level 3 coursework and having wonderful relationships with the children in the nursery. She is always trying to better her practice and take on more responsibility which is great to see.
We’d also like to shout out Alethea for writing the most beautiful assessments and 2 years checks. We are always getting feedback from staff saying how hard she works and how well she knows her key children. She is an amazing member of the nursery room team and we are so proud of her.

Incredible memories are being made over at Space at The Ark

Earlier this week after our naps, the babies kept requesting "nanas," so we made banana smoothies! 🍌 The babies carefully chopped the bananas with precision using their palmar grasp. We then added the chopped bananas to the bowl before steadily holding the jug to pour in the oat milk. We listened closely as Stevie blended everything together, and when it was finally time to taste, it was so delicious that we kept raising our cups and asking for "more."

All aboard toddler airways this morning as the children boarded their flight to Italy! We enjoyed snack on the aeroplane before using torches to explore the night sky as the aeroplane flew through the night to reach our destination. We created the Italian flag, enjoyed pasta and pizza and even visited the coast! What a wonderful journey!
