One of our amazing swimmers is doing something truly special 💜

Ellamae is taking part in a big hair cut to support ‘Little Princess Trust’ a wonderful charity that provides real hair wigs to children and young people who have lost their hair due to cancer, while also funding vital research.

🌟 Part-Time Tutor Needed – Cragg Vale, West Yorkshire 🌟

Are you passionate about helping children who need a little extra support with their learning?

We’re looking for a patient, encouraging Tutor to provide 1:1 or small group tuition for pupils who would benefit from additional help.

📍 Based in Cragg Vale, West Yorkshire (in-person sessions)
🕓 Evening sessions – from 4:00pm onwards

📚 What you’ll do:
✔️ Support pupils to build confidence and improve understanding
✔️ Deliver engaging and personalised tuition sessions
✔️ Adapt learning to suit different abilities
✔️ Encourage a positive attitude towards learning

👩‍🏫 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you teach
✔️ Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, mentoring or similar)
✔️ Friendly, patient and reliable
✔️ DBS check (or willing to obtain one)

💷 Rate of Pay:
£20 – £40+ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

At Ben’s School of Swimming, we use the STA Badge Scheme because it rewards skill development and confidence, not just distance swum 🏊‍♂️

This means swimmers progress at their own pace, build strong technique, and develop the water safety skills they need to feel confident in and around the pool 💙
