Dinosaurs, Discovery Museum, days out in the park, nature, nattering and never ending heat 🥵. We have had a great time these last few weeks.
That's it for me until September.

We've had adventures at the farm, museum and park these last couple of weeks. Visits to the library and fun in the sun. We celebrated a very special day with cake, crafts and birthday songs.

Out and about in nature creating pictures and learning about the world. We are loving our trips through the park collecting leaves and petals and using them to make pictures and patterns. We're learning lots of new vocabulary about textures and shapes as well as benefitting from the fresh air and physical movement.

We've had lots of delicious healthy food helping to keep our energy levels up during the heatwave. We've had lovely slow days, chilling and noticing the world around us. Lots of crafts, looking at minibeasts and exploring books and stories.
They're growing a little too fast for me. I can't believe I've known these tiny humans for a whole year! How quickly the time passes when everyone is having fun 😊

🌟Wowsa! I can't believe it's been 12 years since I started childminding!
Time flies 🥹 I started when my eldest daughter was about to start school and now she's finished! 🌟

We've had a lovely few weeks with visits to the Centre for Life, The Hancock Museum, our local library and play group, The Farrell Centre and local park. We love our mornings out and about in the community then, home for lunch and naps.

After 2 weeks away everyone returned happy, confident and ready for a fun week!
We visited the library, playgroup, The Hancock Museum and enjoyed a fabulous session with Tiny Tweeties 😍

Happy National Nursery Nurse day to those who studied all aspects of the early years for 2 years!
It's a world wide recognised qualification. I completed mine in 1989 and still remember all the hard work that went into it. I've worked with babies, toddlers and young children for over 37 years and loved every minute.......well, almost 😃
