☀️ Heatwave Training Update ☀️

With the hot weather, we’ll be adapting classes slightly to make sure everyone can train safely.

Sessions will include plenty of hydration breaks, and we’ll be focusing more on technique drills and grading prep, rather than high-intensity work.

Please make sure you bring a drink with you and take breaks whenever you need them 👍

We’ll still have a great session — just a sensible one.

Train hard, train smart, train safe! 🥊
