It's been a while since I posted on here, so I thought I'd share a little bit about what you can expect when booking a session with me!

Initially, I offer a meet and greet session with you and your child. This gives you the opportunity to see if what I do fits with what you want! We can discuss what your child needs and if there's anything specific you would like me to support with. This session is completely FREE.
After this, should you wish to, you can book your first tutoring session for your child (and any after that).

Sessions can take place at a time and place that suits you (my house, your house or online!)
During every session, I will continuously assess your child and decide on the best way to support them throughout. If they are finding an activity too challenging or too easy, I will adapt to suit their needs. I always offer lots of positive feedback to encourage their curiosity and motivate them to do their best!
I love to create fun activities and games to aid learning.
Children make fantastic progress when working 1:1 and in small groups because of the immediate feedback they get from any work they do. They make even more progress if they have fun while doing it!
Sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour long.

After each session, I will send you a summary of what activities we did. This might detail what your child did well, what they found tricky and even what we might do next time. This allows you to keep a record of each session and gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions about your child's learning.
