When in Goa

We are a team of final year Oxford Brookes students organising the ultimate gastronomic event to celebrate the culture of Goa.

Our story did not start too long ago, in fact, it started this semester. We are a diverse team of undergraduate students studying International Hospitality Management and are hosting an event for our final year at Oxford Brookes. When in Goa is inspired by the colours, flavours and history of Goa. Time to introduce myself! My name is Heidi and I am head of Marketing. I am originally from Norway, but home will always be Mozambique! I have always loved the colours and flavours of foods from different cultures and it has been exciting learning more about Goa.

My name is Oli! Cooking has always been a strong passion of mine which I hope shines through our food on the night. Having been brought up in Guernsey, I always strive to use fresh, local ingredients when possible.
