Headcorn School PTFA

A group of parents, friends & teachers wishing to make our village school a place where our children’s education is fun, modern and inspiring.

All parents/carers are part of the PTFA. Please do not feel this is an elite group or one that will twist your arm into doing extra work. You may only be able to attend one out of every three meetings or none at all, but you could be that parent who comes up with a new idea. Please speak to your class reps if that’s the case, who can bring forward those ideas on your behalf. The meetings are a way

of not only getting to know other parents, but gaining an understanding of how the teachers wish to enhance the school facilities in order to meet the changing needs of our children; therefore the need for fundraising, involving community and the purpose of this committee. The PTFA committee is simply a group of parents, friends and teachers who wish to make our village school a place where our children’s education is fun, modern and inspiring.

We hope you all had a blast at Monday's May Fair! It was a packed event and, we are THRILLED to announce, made a record profit of £11,354! This is the largest amount ever raised and every penny of it goes to Headcorn Primary School.

🙏 A HUGE thank you to everyone who showed up and supported, to the 100 volunteers who offered their time and effort and, of course, to the many incredible local businesses who offered sponsorship, bought advertising and ran the stalls. We simply cannot pull off this amazing event without the support of our lovely village.

The big day is finally here! Our amazing volunteers are already on site getting everything ready for 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 — the only thing missing is you!

We can't wait to welcome everyone for a glorious afternoon of food and drink, fun and games, great shopping, live music and so, so much more.
