Ian is a UK cyclocross legend, having won 5 National Titles, 6 National Trophy Series, & over 20 UCI professional races. He is now coaching some of the best CX talent in the world, including a few Cyclopark Charity regulars 🌟

Following on from some popular VELD 1:1 clinics at the park, Ian now joins us to coach one session a month for our Wednesday night 'Cyclocross Training 16+', starting on the 16th October. If you really want to perfect your cyclocross techniques, come & get help from the very best! 🙌

VELD Coaching Cyclocross Clinic' with Head coach Ian Field.
On Saturday 12th October, VELD presents a unique opportunity for riders to recce the East Kent Cyclo Cross course at Astor college, with expert coaching from Ian. Starting at 2pm.
The clinic will last approx. 2hrs and will run through techniques specific to the course and to cyclocross in general.
By breaking down the course into both technical and physical parts where different tactics can be employed, we will help you to get the best possible result on Sunday 13th October at the league event.
Spaces are unlimited with adults and U16 riders welcome.
Places will be given on a first come first serve basis. The clinic will cost £20 for adults and a reduced rate of £5 for U16 riders.

We are hoping to get enough interest to run two groups for the afternoon, a beginner and more advanced group! VELD Coach Luke Anderson will be on hand to provide a more beginner based training group so everyone that attends get the most out of the sessions.
