Today we were honoured to host Grandmaster Jedut for a seminar, as always it was packed with technical knowledge and great training drills to take back to classes. A huge thank you to Grandmaster Jedut for taking the seminar and sharing your passion for Taekwon-do with us all.

Thank you to everyone who came along, you all worked very hard despite the heat and we hope you all enjoyed it.

And finally thank you Grandmaster Denis for offering us this great opportunity.

🥋Sevenoaks Summer Camp🥋

Last week was our Sevenoaks Summer camp. We started each day with a fun warm up before moving into our Taekwon-do practice, we managed to pack so much into the week, including sparring, pad work and we got the TPS machines out for some high flying kicks!!

The afternoons were full of fun activities like inflatables, the nerf zone and of course the water fight (a great way to cool down).

🌞Day 5 Summer Camp video🥋

DEMO AND GRADING DAY!

we had loads of fun doing our traditional Friday warm up to music, follwed by some awesome stretching. well done to all those who graded on the last day, and well done to everyone who got up and demonstrated their Taekwon-do skills during the end of camp show.

we would like to thank all those who helped make the camp possible, from the parents and students, to all of our amazing helpers, group leaders, assistant instructors, and instructors. We wouldn’t be able to run these events without all of your support, so thank you all from the white tiger team. 🐯🥋💪👍

🥋Summer Camp Day 5🥋

The last day of the Haywards Heath Summer Camp is over, and it ended with a blast, after the students got to show off what they’ve been practicing all week our black belts got to show off their skills as well, definitely look out to the video highlights!!

We always present a student in each belt group a medal as well as an overall award for the best student. These can be awarded for many reasons but these students have worked the hardest, helped out other students and just generally shown what Taekwon-do is all about, so very well done to all of you.

We also always hold a grading at the end of summer camp, congratulations to all those who passed to their next belt you all worked very hard this week.

And finally a massive thank you to all of our Instructors and Assistants who make these camps possible, you all went above and beyond which makes everything so much easier for us and keeps everything running smoothly, we are very grateful to you all.

If you missed out on the camp you are always welcome to do the Sevenoaks Camp (3rd - 7th August) instead, otherwise we’ll see you back in classes.

🌞Summer Camp day 4🥋

Yesterday was packed with action! We spent plenty of time sparring, putting our Taekwon-Do skills into practice, along with some important self-defence training after lunch.

To finish the day, everyone had one last chance to enjoy the bouncy inflatables before things get serious for the last day which includes gradings for some! It was the perfect way to end a fantastic day of training and fun.

Everyone is working incredibly hard here at camp, and it's been great to see the confidence and improvement in every student. Many are really excelling in their Taekwon-Do training, and we're looking forward to seeing them give their best back in classes. Keep up the amazing work, everyone! 💪🥋👍

🥋Summer Camp Day 4🥋

This was another sparring day with some very good bouts, but we also worked on our set sparring and self defence, a day of practicing practical usage of our Taekwon-do moves. We also had the last go on all the inflatables and some students found some other ways to play with the equipment we provided. Only one more day to go and it’s a good one with gradings, stripe tests and to cap it all off our Taekwon-do show.

🥋Day 3 summer camp video🥋

Halfway through the week and the sunshine certainly made itself known! 🌞😎

Despite the heat, everyone gave it their all and had an amazing day. We kicked things off with our usual warm-up exercises to get everyone moving and ready for the day ahead. From there, we focused on our Taekwon-do training, practicing a range of martial arts techniques, building confidence, improving skills, and having plenty of fun along the way.
To round off the day, we had the highlight that everyone had been waiting for—a brilliant water fight! 💦 It was the perfect way to cool down after such a busy and energetic day.

It was a full-on day, especially with the soaring temperatures, but everyone showed fantastic effort, great teamwork, and plenty of smiles from start to finish. Another memorable day in the books! 👊🥋🌞
