Our brand-new cabin is on its way and is due to arrive during the summer holidays! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of our parents, carers, friends and local community, we are one step closer to creating a fantastic new space for our children to learn, play and grow.

Before the cabin can be installed, we need to prepare the foundations. If you or a local business could help with groundwork, materials, machinery, or constructing a suitable base, we would love to hear from you.

We're pleased to share that we have ordered a new summer house for the garden. This new structure will be built from much thicker timber, making it far more durable and suitable for use throughout the year.

As many of you will know, we have been fundraising towards this for some time, as the current summer house is nearing the end of its lifespan. We are very grateful to the St Erth Feast Committee for their generous donation of £1,000, as well as to all of our parents, carers and friends who have supported our fundraising efforts along the way.

We are now hoping to call on a little community support. While we are waiting for final confirmation, we expect delivery to take place during the summer holidays. Ahead of this, we will need some help with preparation work, including labouring tasks such as digging out and laying the base.

If you are able to lend a hand, please do let us know. Any support would be very much appreciated.

The bees had a guest beekeeper this weekend the absolutely amazing Joe from St Erth Nursery he even found the queen who was walking around in Nalo Meli’

What keen eyesight!

We have been very lucky to take the children to see the piglets and chickens at one of our grandparents small holdings. The children got the chance to get up close and learn more about the wonderful animals and where our food comes from.

This week we have been looking at the signs of spring and took a trip to Dobbies garden centre to pick up some seeds.
The children could recognise some of the flowers we saw and selected the seeds they wanted to grow. We saw one of the workers watering the plants and let us have a try.
Back at nursery we had a go at making seed bombs with paper and water.
