✨✨Employee of the month, August 2026✨✨

This term Kay has re-joined The Granary and settled wonderfully; her confidence has reflected this as it continues to go from strength to strength. She has dedicated herself to getting to know her key children and it has been lovely to see the partnerships that Kay has with her key children’s families too. Kay ensures that all the children in The Granary are supported through the many observations she makes daily. Kay has had a key focus on supporting and enhancing the children’s speech and language through her observations by capturing what the children are saying in that moment as well as expanding on the children’s vocabulary and introducing new and exciting words in the moment too! It has been fantastic to see the growth and impact it has had on the children’s learning experiences!

"We are at Coney Beach"🏖️🏝️

We are trying to hold onto the last part of summer by celebrating national beach day. The children have enjoyed lots of beach themed activities both inside and out and they will be having scrumptious fish, chips and peas with ice cream in a cone for lunch! 🍦

✨✨Employee of the month, July 2026✨✨

Liz has pushed herself out of her comfort zone by actively seeking out new skills and learning opportunities to support the different needs of the children. She has taken part in training sessions where her contributions have been invaluable, and it's fantastic to see her successfully integrating this new knowledge into her daily practice. Throughout this Liz's confidence has blossomed, particularly as she has helped to lead the Old Barn on Abbie’s days off. She faces new and sometimes challenging situations with a calm and thoughtful approach, ensuring that proper steps are followed while also checking in with her team. Liz is an incredible support for everyone, especially in Old Barn and is truly seen as a role model within the Coneygarth family
