From Thursday 27th August, Jack from Hawick Rugby Club will meet P4-7 pupils at Breakfast Club at 8.15, for a Get Active Breakfast Session!

We look forward to seeing our pupils there. This session will not just be rugby, more an oops for young people to run off energy before the school day begins. We can’t wait to see you there! 😊

🚲🛴Bikes and Scooters

If children are bringing a scooter or bike to school, these can be left at the bike racks by the school office.

Please ride safely, wearing helmets and if possible use a bike lock.

✏️We are looking forward to welcoming you all back tomorrow!

Staff have been working hard over the last few days to get ready for your arrival.

Information for classes to line up in the morning was sent out today. If you are unsure there will be staff to help in the morning.

🍽️ Please remember to order school lunches, if you have any trouble with this please contact the office.

👕All items of school uniform should be labelled with your child’s name.

🥨Children should bring a snack and a water bottle which can be refilled in school if required. We have people in school with a severe nut allergy so please avoid products containing nuts for snacks and lunches.

⏰School begins at 8.50am and children should be in their lines ready to go in at this time. We finish at 3.20pm Monday to Thursday and 12.20pm on a Friday.

📞If your child is going to be absent from school, please phone the school office or send a message on groupcall to let us know as soon as possible.

⚽️🏀PE kit can be brought in and kept in school or brought in each day when your child has PE. We will let you know timetables for PE.

📱If you are not signed up on the Showbie app, please speak to your child’s teacher.

🥣 Breakfast club is on from 8am.

Our youth work team were delighted to see some old friends back at youth club tonight 😊

The school gates will be locked at 3.30pm from tomorrow and also on Fridays at 1pm and will not be opened again until Monday morning. There will be no access to the playground or MUGA.

Youth club is back tonight for all P4 - P7 pupils from 6.30 - 7.30pm.

Kerry and the youth work team will be based in the Community Hall tonight so will meet the young people attending at the community entrance door 😊
