Commercial solar PV asks you to design, model, document and justify.

Two October courses: 26th October, or 29th October.

Two days in centre gets you there. Our Commercial Solar PV Training Course is endorsed by LCL Awards and covers project planning, array layout, performance modelling, inverter selection, build packs and specification documentation.

Documentation deadlines: Monday 19 October for the first, Thursday 22 October for the second.

You will need your 18th Edition (BS 7671:2018+A2:2022) and a Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification or equivalent for the technical assessment route.

Grant is Now Available!

This is what our three days on our Air Source Heat Pump course cover:

- Practical work on purpose-built live ASHP rigs
- Heat pump types and operating principles
- Regulations and guidance
- System matching and pre-installation survey
- Installation materials and commissioning
- Servicing and fault finding

Assessment is a practical observed assignment plus an open book theory paper. Certificates are issued around ten weeks after you finish.

LCL Awards Level 3. MCS recognised.

Do you qualify?

You need one of these:

- Level 2 or 3 Plumbing
- Level 2 or 3 Heating and Ventilation, domestic or industrial and commercial
- Level 3 Oil Fired Technical Services
- Level 3 Gas Installation and Maintenance
Or current registration with Gas Safe, OFTEC, MCS or HETAS.

Plus, current certification in Water Regulations, Hot Water Storage Systems and Safety (G3), and Low Temperature Heating and Hot Water Design.

If your experience is there but the certificates are not, ask us about Recognition of Prior Learning. It exists for exactly that.

£160 excluding VAT with the Heat Training Grant, £660 excluding VAT without the grant.

VAT is charged on the full fee.
